Both Andrew and James began their careers under the guidance ofPeter Beames, which means even now, as partners in their own right,they share a large number of clients and client relationships with Peter.
“This is a great situation for our clients” says Peter. “Whilst James andAndrew handle the day to day work associated with running a clientbase, I’m always available for high end consulting work for both existing and new clients.
Some of the clients I servicewith Andrew and James havebeen with us for almost twentyyears, so I like to think I’ll alwaysbe involved in their affairs insome way. However as a practice we alsorealised we had to innovate to remain relevantand we believe that we’ve found a great model where I can utilise my breadth of experiencein the industry to help our clients with their high end issues whilst Andrew and Jamescontinue to provide them with the superblevel of service and advice they have become accustomed to”.
